Brief:
To expand the existing 5,320 sq. ft. Foyle Golf Centre Clubhouse that contained a small bar and restaurant to cater for additional restaurant and function trade.
After a feasibility study, a 9,100 sq. ft. extension incorporating a 140 seater bar/ restaurant, a Sports Bar along with changing and meeting facilities for golfers was agreed on.
Solution:
With the premises surrounded by an 18-hole golf course, the solution was to provide a striking 2-storey A-frame bar and restaurant area with a curved fully glazed gable allowing diners uninterrupted panoramic views of the course and the countryside.
The interior of dark oak woods and stainless steel combine with a cream colour scheme to create a warm and welcoming environment.
Downstairs the Sports Bar had a subtle blue colour scheme throughout.
